At Glider Amazing, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return: the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at sugarglideramazing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Within 48 hours of the receipt of your email we’ll provide instructions for returning your item. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
